Ingredients

  • 65 Grams Avocado
  • 3/4 Cup Non fat greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Basil
  • 1 TBSP Lime zest
  • 1 1/2 TBSP Lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • In a small food processor add all above ingredients and blend
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste

Notes

This recipe yields 1 cup, serves 8 at 2 TBSP per serving

      This can last a week or even more if you keep storing it. You can always freeze too
