  • Egg cooker ( I use Dash brand ) or boil eggs
  • Toaster


  • 2 Light rye Toasted
  • 2 TBSP Alouette Light Garlic & Herb Cheese Spread
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato slices
  • 4 Center Cut Bacon
  • 28 Grams Avocado
  • 2 Eggs ( Over medium )
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Dak's Everything But-Tha Salt seasoning or everything but the bagel seasoning
  • Red pepper flakes optional


  • First get the eggs cooking. I use my mini dash egg cooker, They always come out perfect. I put water up to the medium line
  • While eggs are cooking, toast your bread then start to assemble
  • I pre cooked my bacon and then just placed into the microwave for about 20-30 seconds when ready to use
  • Smear the cheese spread down, then the lettuce, avocado , bacon, tomato ( always season with salt and pepper ) and ending with the medium cooked eggs. I love a runny yolk but the whites need to be cooked all the way through. Garnish eggs with more salt and pepper if needed. Then top with the Dak's and some fresh cracked red pepper flakes
