Equipment

  • 1 Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker

Ingredients

Ice Cream Base

  • 1 11.5 oz Fairlife Strawberry Protein Shake
  • 1 TBSP Sugar free banana creme instant pudding mix
  • Pinch Salt
  • Splash Vanilla extract

Mix-Ins

  • 1 15g Bare Banana chips I use the snack bags, crush up in bag
  • 1 7.5g Freeze dried strawberries I use Brothers All Natural snack bags

Instructions

  • In the Ninja Creami ice cream pint, combine all of the ice cream base ingredients until all combine
  • Place into the freezer for 24 hours
  • Once ready to go, place the pint into the creami bowl and place lid on top with blade attachment
  • Select the "Ice Cream" setting and let it run
  • Select "Re-Mix" and remix 5-6 times and in between add a splash of almond milk to help process along
  • Once super creamy looking add the "Mix-Ins" and then select "Mix-In" on the machine
  • Enjoy once all combine

Ingredients

CROCKPOT CHICKEN INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Pounds Fresh or frozen chicken breast
  • 1 Cup Mateo's Salsa or salsa of your choice
  • 1 1/2 Cups Fresh, frozen or canned pineapple chunks If frozen or canned, make sure no sugar is adder or in syrup
  • 1 TBSP Dak's Taco Knight seasoning or taco seasoning of your choice
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Dak's Nothin But Ranch seasoning or ranch seasoning of your choice

GARNISH

  • 1-2 tsp Fresh lime juice
  • 1/3 Cup Cilantro, chopped optional

Instructions

  • In a crockpot place the chicken onto the bottom
  • Add the taco seasoning, making sure to cover the chicken
  • Pour the salsa on top of the chicken followed by the pineapple chunks
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper
  • Add the ranch seasoning and set crockpot on low for 6 hours
  • Once all done, keep the chicken as is or shred and enjoy any way you would like

  • Air fryer
  • Saute pan

Ingredients

SALMON

  • 1 pound Salmon filet cut into 1" chunks
  • 1 tsp Dak's Original Red seasoning or paprika
  • 1 tsp Dak's Asian Zing seasoning or seasoning of your choice
  • 1/4 Cup G Hughes Orange Ginger Marinade

SIDES

  • 4 1/2 Cups Cauliflower rice I used steam in bag
  • 3 Cups Fresh spinach chopped roughly
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

GARNISH

  • Dak's Everything But Tha Salt sesasoning or everything but the bagel seasoning
  • Scallions to garnish
  • Sriracha optional

Instructions

  • Take the skin off of the salmon
  • Cut salmon into 1" chunks
  • Place salmon chunks into a bowl with the orange ginger marinade
  • Season with the Dak's Original red, Asian Zing and salt and pepper to taste
  • Set aside for about 5-10 minutes
  • While that is marinading, place the steam in bag cauliflower into the microwave
  • Once all done pour into a skillet on medium heat
  • While you are cooking up the cauliflower, set air fryer to 390 degrees. Place salmon chunks onto the air fryer basket or tray making sure to spray with cooking spray to avoid sticking
  • Cook for 4-5 minutes making sure to flip halfway through
  • While salmon is cooking Sauté the cauliflower for a few minutes to draw out the moisture then add the spinach, garlic powder, Asian Zing and season with salt & pepper
  • Once everything is done add to a bowl with the salmon bites on top of the rice, garnish with scallions and everything but tha salt seasoning and enjoy
  • Add some sriracha for an extra punch of heat, optional.
