Chocolate Marshmallow Protein Ice Cream

When the weather gets colder here in New England, I still make ice cream! Only thing is, I make them seasonal now. So this Chocolate Marshmallow Protein Ice Cream is like a hot cocoa. I LOVE how my protein ice cream keeps me full for

Grabbing 96/4 ground beef is the best for macros. If you do not have access to this lean of meat, any will do but the WW points will change as well as calories

My favorite low calorie and low WW point pasta that is the BEST tasting and doesn’t turn into MUSH!

If you do not want to make your own sauce like me, I have my favorite store brand from Aldi. Clean ingredients as well.

Here is my sauce I made and make from garden fresh tomatoes, calories are lower, and no oil added. The Aldi marinara also does not have oil added either.

Fresh or prepared minced garlic will do just fine.

The ONLY beef and chicken broth or bone broth I use. If you’d like to try them out use code CHEFALLIESKITCHEN at Kettle & Fire for 20% off. Click HERE to order.

Any Italian spice blend will work just fine. I personally LOVE Dak’s Spices and if you would like to try them out, use code CHEFALLIE at Dak’s Spices for discount.

Whipped cream cheese is great to use for this recipe but the light laughing cow wedges are the best alternative for cream cheese and low in calories and WW points.

This is the little BEAST I use to whip up my cottage cheese and it works like a charm. Click HERE to grab one!

By far the BEST cottage cheese is from Good Culture, second best and easier to find is Daisy low fat.

Here is how to make it:

  1. In the instant pot spray lightly with avocado oil and set to saute mode
  2. Add the ground beef and seasonings
  3. Brown beef then add the onions, carrots and garlic and cook until tender
  4. Pour the broth into the mixture
  5. Take the spaghetti and break in half, place in a crisscross over the ingredients
  6. Push the spaghetti down into ingredients carefully
  7. Take the sauce and pour all over the dry spaghetti
  8. Pressure cook for 3 minutes on manual setting, high or if not using an instant pot cover until pasta is al dente
  9. Once timer is off, let sit for 5 minutes then quick release remaining steam
  10. Season to taste with salt & pepper
  11. Add the laughing cow and mix carefully
  12. Serve and add a dollop of the delicious herbed whipped cottage cheese and basil on top and enjoy

Buffalo Chicken Pin Wheels

Buffalo Chicken Pin Wheels

Here is a quick, easy and delicious recipe I made during my busy days as a stay-at-home mom/ food blogger.  My days here are so busy and I just need something easy and filling so this one was created.  Here is what you will need:

Autumn Kale Salad

Autumn Kale Salad

This gorgeous salad is the perfect Autumn salad. It has beautiful colors and is packed full of flavors.    Here is what you will need: Fresh kale Shaved Brussel sprouts Dressing of choice Roasted butternut squash Cooked beets Fat free feta Pepitas I used to

Sausage, Egg & Cheese Sandwich with Fig Jam

Sausage, Egg & Cheese Sandwich with Fig Jam

Have you ever had a McDonald’s sausage, egg and cheese sandwiches with the grape jelly before? Or any fast-food breakfast sandwiches with grape jelly added? I know, sounds weird…

Ok, well back in high school my friend Alex and I would head to McDonald’s in the morning and grab a sausage, egg and cheese either on a bagel, biscuits or English muffin. My friend Alex would always ask for a grape jelly on the side. I always wondered why and was skeptical until I tried it. It was AMAZING, and now here is the healthier version and it’s just as delicious using my fig jam.

If you were to get a breakfast sandwich at McDonald’s or Dunkin Donuts it would be HIGH 500 in calories including the grape jelly. Mine is a little over 300 calories including the fig jam. If following WW it would be 18-23 WW points and mine is only 6 WW.

Here is what you will need:

  • Light English muffins
  • Egg whites
  • Borden’s fat free American cheese
  • Dak’s everything but the salt seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Jones Dairy chicken sausage links
  • My Fig Jam

Here are the light English muffins I use. I get them from Shop Rite.

These are the egg whites I purchase from Costco. You can use any egg whites, but these are the cheapest I’ve found.

Borden’s brand, is the only “melty cheese” I buy, there are other brands, but I LOVE Borden’s.

Dak’s Spices has an everything but the bagel seasoning that has ZERO salt. There are other brands like this one, but they have salt in them. This is why I love Dak’s Spices. Use code CHEFALLIE for a discount at Dak’s Spices

Jones Dairy is by far the ONLY breakfast chicken sausage I buy. I get them from Costco, they are so delicious. I’ve had other brands, but this is the only one that I actually like.

HERE is my Fig Jam. It is so easy to make and very delicious.

Here is how to make it:

  1. First you can either microwave or pan fry the chicken sausage
  2. While those are cooking, start to cook your egg whites
  3. Season the egg whites with salt, pepper and Dak’s Everything but Tha Salt seasoning
  4. While the eggs are cooking, toast your English muffin
  5. Take the eggs and fold over until small enough to place on the English muffin
  6. Add a slice of cheese to the eggs and melt
  7. Assemble the sandwich with the fig jam on one or both sides of the English muffin followed with the eggs and sausage
  8. Enjoy
