Air Fried Empanadas

You can usually get 7-8 servings at two empanadas per person.

Here is what you need:
- My Bizzy Kitchen Skinny Pizza Dough, Click HERE for recipe
- Ground beef 96/4
- Dak’s Taco Knight seasoning or seasoning of choice
- Rotel tomaotes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fat free refried beans
- Pinto beans
- Kraft fat free cheddar cheese
- Avocado oil
- Trader Joe’s Everything But The Elote seasoning

- Salsa
- Cilantro
Here is how to make them:
- Make the Skinny Pizza Dough, set aside.
- Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees
- Take a saute pan and cook the beef.
- Season beef with the taco seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Set beef mixture aside until ready to use
- Add the half can of refried beans and 1 can of the pinto beans.
- Portion the dough into 2 ounce balls.
- Roll the dough balls into discs
- Fill the discs with the beef and bean mixture (about 2 ounces)
- Sprinkle cheese over the mixture
- Take a fork and pinch the seam together.
- Spray the top with avocado oil.
- Sprinkle the top with everything but the elote seasoning.
- Cook in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown.
- Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce or sides.

EMPANADA DOUGH
- 1 Batch Skinny Pizza Dough Click HERE for recipe
FILLING
- 1 Pound 96/4 Ground beef
- 1 TBSP Dak's Spices Taco Knight seasoning or taco seasoning of choice
- 1 Can Rotel tomatoes
- 1/2 Can Aldi fat free refried beans
- 1 Can Pinto beans
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/2 Cup Kraft fat free cheddar cheese
TOPPING
- Trader Joe's Elote seasoning or seasoning of choice
