Blueberry Brie Pizza
This was ABSOLUTELY delicious!!!! This can be made so many different ways with different fruits

Small cast iron
Pizza roller
- 3 oz. Skinny Pizza Dough Recipe linked in notes
- 17 grams Sugar free apricot preserves
- 1 1/2 TBSP Alouette Creme de Brie
- My Blueberry Sauce Recipe linked in notes
- Fresh mint to garnish
- Flaky salt to garnish
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Roll out dough and place into a lightly greased cast iron pan
Spread the apricot jam all over the dough, then the brie and my blueberry sauce
Bake until golden brown (About 8-10 minutes)
Garnish with fresh mint and flaky salt
