First set oven to 425
Get sheet pan and place frozen broccoli and frozen cauliflower down. Season with salt and pepper and spray lightly with avocado oil and toss
Slice spaghetti squash in half, scoop out innards and spray lightly with avocado oil. Season with salt and pepper and place open side down onto the same sheet pan as the broccoli and cauliflower
Roast at 425 for about 25 minutes ( set aside )
While veggies are roasting. Prepare the chicken tenders. I clean the cartilage out. I have a video of how to do this on my Instagram back in my highlights under hacks.
Once clean, pat dry with a paper towel. Season with salt , pepper and Dak's BBQueen
In an air fryer set to 390/400. Spray basket or tray with cooking spray to prevent chicken from sticking
Air fry for about 8-10 minutes or until internally 165
Half way of cooking. take the BBQ sauce and brush both sides and continue cooking
While chicken is cooking take the frozen mac & cheese and follow package directions
Take your bowl , mix the mac & cheese with some spaghetti squash ( take a fork and scrap it out. I also cut up a tad for better bites )
Once chicken is done add into the bowl with your roasted veggies
I topped the mac & cheese and the chicken with some crushed up Quest chips for some crunch and extra flavor
This meal was so delicious and extremely easy! Definitely a meal for those hectic days or when you just want an easy comfort meal.
