First season the chicken breast with a light spray of avocado oil, season with salt, pepper and Greek seasoning. Coat very well
Air fry at 400 for about 12-15 minutes or until internally 165 degrees. Set aside to rest
While chicken is resting spray naan dippers lightly with avocado oil and season with oregano and garlic salt. Air fry at 400 for about 5-7 minutes or until crispy. Set aside
Time to make the dressing. Take the 1 TBSP of the greek dressing, non fat greek yogurt, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
To a large bowl, add the lettuce, all of the veggies and feta cheese
Toss with the dressing, slice the chicken and place on top or mix into the salad and dont forget those naan croutons. Crumble up and sprinkle all over the salad. Garnish with some parsley and enjoy!
