Crispy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

Light jalapeno string cheese

Bolthouse Cucumber Ranch dressing

Light burger buns
or buns of your choice

Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 390 or oven to 375
In a bowl melt the butter, then add the buffalo sauce and 1 tsp Ranch seasoning. Set aside
Take the chicken and pound it out until they are a nice even thickness.
Pat dry, season with salt, pepper, Dak's Butt Kickin Buffalo & Dak's Nothin But Ranch
Take 1 TBSP of corn starch and lightly sift it over the chicken on both sides
Dip into the egg whites then immediately into the Shake N Bake
Spray both sides of the chicken with avocado oil spray or cooking spray
Place into the air fryer or oven and cook until it reads 165 degrees internal temperature (about 8-10 minutes)
Place the cheese on top of the chicken (Chop or shred) and place back into the air fryer or oven until the cheese is melted (about 1 minute)
Drizzle with more buffalo sauce, the ranch dressing and place on your desired bun with desired toppings.
