8Mixed greens2 cups per person
8Romaine, Chopped2 cups per person
1cupRed onionsdiced, 1/4 C per serving
1cupTomatodiced, 1/4 C per serving

Instructions
First prepare chicken in the crockpot.
Place chicken into the crock pot and spray lightly with avocado oil
Season with ranch seasoning, buffalo seasoning and salt & pepper to taste
Pour the chicken broth on the bottom and set to low for 2-3 hours
Once done, let cool and either shred or choped chicken
Place into a bowl and add all of the buffalo chicken salad ingredients
Serve over a sald and enjoy
