  • 1 Amylu Roasted Corn, Poblano peppers & cheddar cheese charbroiled chicken burger or patty of your choice
  • 1 Royo Sesame low carb bagel see notes for discount code
  • 1/3 Cup Liquid egg whites
  • Dak's Original Red seasoning see notes for discount code
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 Borden Cheese fat free American cheese single or cheese of your choice


  • In a medium sauté pan, brown up the fully cooked chicken patty
  • While chicken patty is getting browned, season your egg whites to your liking
  • Once chicken is browned on both sides, pull off and set aside
  • In the same pan, pour in your seasoned egg whites and cook all the way through on low temperature
  • Fold eggs over into a half moon, then place cheese on one side and fold over the eggs one more time
  • Place on your toasted or non-toasted bagel and enjoy
