112 oz.Light beer( I used Yuengling Light )
110.5 oz.Can of Beef consomme
1Cupfat free beef broth
1tsp Dak's steakhouse seasoningLink in notes
1tsp Worcestershire sauce
2tsponion powder
1tsp Ranch seasoningI use McCormick
1tsp Dried thyme leaves
2TBSPMinced garlic
Salt & Pepperto taste
Parsley to garnish
Sandwich option
1Roll or Hoagie roll of your choice( I used a Local bakery hoagie for 3SP)
2SlicesOf cheese of your choice( I used 2 slices of Jarlsberg light swiss for 2SP )
Instructions
Trim any excess fat from chuck and place into crockpot
Pour and place every single ingredient into the crockpot
Set to low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. ( I did 4 hours on low and 2 on high, i was on a time crunch)
Once time is done. Take out and slice beef
I placed back into the au jus until it was time to serve
You can serve right away with au jus
If you are wanted to make a sandwich, simply place the sliced beef into the roll of your choice, lay some cheese over and place into a 350 degree oven until nice and melted
Serve some au jus on the side for dipping
