Easy Crockpot Garlic and Pepperoncini Chicken

Avocado oil spray
Flaky sea salt

Fresh cracked black pepper

more or less depending on your taste

Whole or Sliced pepperoncini peppers
with the juice *Aldi brand has clean ingredients for coloring (turmeric no yellow dye)

Fresh cilantro (optional)

Directions:

Place the chicken breasts on the bottom of the crockpot
Spray both sides lightly with avocado oil
Season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt and pepper
Add the roasted garlic, sliced onions and the entire jar of pepperoncini peppers (juice as well)
Cover and set to low for 6-8 hours
Once ready, shred or chunk chicken
Chop the cilantro and add before serving
