Instructions
WHIPPED COTTAGE CHEESE
In a food processor or mini blender, add the cottage cheese and blend until a smooth whipped consistency. set aside.
PASTA SALAD PREP
Cook the pasta according to the instructions
Rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process
Once cooled off place into a large mixing bowl
Chop the chicken into small pieces and add to the bowl
Add the remaining ingredients besides the romaine
Once ready to serve, add the lettuce or add the lettuce per serving to prevent the lettuce from getting soggy
