These chicken tenders were so delicious. I'd say better than what you can get in the restaurants. Air fried not deep fried and full of so many great flavors.
1 1/2PoundsChicken Tenders( Hack to clean tenderloins in my IG highlights)
Salt & Pepper
1tspDried Mustard
2TBSPCorn Starch( Helps with crispiness )
3EggsWhisked for egg wash
2CupsCorn flakesCrushed
2TBSPRanch seasoning
2TBSPGrated Parmesan
Avocado oil spray

Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees
In a ziploc bag crush the corn flakes, mix in the ranch & parmesan cheese
Clean your chicken tenders by removing the tendon ( How to clean is in my notes )
Pat dry with a paper towel
Season chicken with salt, pepper and dried mustard
Coat lightly with corn starch
Dip in egg wash
Coat with Corn flakes, ranch and parmesan cheese mixture
Spray tenders with avocado oil spray
Air fry for 5-7 minutes or until temperature reads 155-160

Soaked in water , rinsed, then soaked again until the water was clear. Patted dry and then sprayed with some avocado oil. Air fried on 390 for about 10 minutes or until fork tender ( Shake basket every few minutes ) Seasoned with salt, pepper , more ranch seasoning & fresh parsley.Side of GHughes Sweet & Spicy BBQ sauce
