Grilled Maple Balsamic Nectarines With A Maple Cinnamon Yogurt & Homemade Granola
This was so decadent yet extremely easy to put together!The sweetness that comes from the grilled nectarines that are brushed with a maple balsamic glaze combined with the tart yogurt meshes so well together! It’s then met with the pop of the sweet blueberries, whipped cream and topped with the crunchy homemade granola!Serve this at your next BBQ or dinner party and your guests will be so impressed! This came together in less than 30 minutes and that includes making the homemade granola!

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325
In a bowl mix the oats, 1 TBSP maple syrup, Vanilla, Cinnamon and salt
Bake at 325 for 20 minutes, mix halfway through. Set aside to cool
Preheat the grill, medium heat
In a small bowl mix 1 TBSP maple syrup and 2 tsp Balsamic vinegar
Slice nectarines in half and remove pits
Take the pastry brush and lightly coat flesh sides with the maple balsamic glaze
Lightly coat grill with avocado oil
Grill nectarines until a nice char and caramelized
While they are grilling mix up the yogurt, remaining 1 TBSP maple syrup and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
When ready to serve. Take one whole nectarine and place over a dollop of the yogurt, garnish with the reddi whip, granola, blueberries, basil and honey. ENJOY!
