Ingredients

  • 1-2 tbsp Honey
  • 2-4 Shots Espresso
  • 1-2 tbsp Sugar free vanilla syrup or regular
  • Ice I also make coffee ice using leftover coffee
  • 1 Cup Fat free Fairlife milk
  • 2 tbsp Fat free half & half
  • 2 tbsp Heavy cream
  • 1-2 tbsp Sugar free brown sugar syrup or regular
  • 1-2 dashes Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Brew the espresso shots over the honey and add the vanilla syrup - stir until combine
  • Fill a large cup with ice or coffee ice
  • Pour the milk over the ice, then add the espresso mixture
  • In the frother, add the half & half, heavy cream, brown sugar syrup and cinnamon
  • Froth until it reaches a cold foam consistency
  • Pour the foam over your drink and garnish with more cinnamon
