Ingredients

  • 6 Quaker chocolate rice cakes
  • 1 Tub (8 oz) Reduced fat whipped topping defrosted

  • 30 Mini marshmallows 5 per rice cake
  • 85 grams No sugar added Choc Zero milk chips
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil
  • 6 Simple Mills sweet thins honey cinnamon 1 per rice cake

Instructions

  • First let the whipped topping defrost completely
  • Add the whipped topping to a bowl
  • Add the protein powder to the whipped topping
  • In a microwave safe bowl add the chocolate chips and the cocount oilPlace in the microwave an melt (20 seconds at a time)
  • Take a sheet pan line with parchment and place the 6 rice cakes down
  • With an ice cream scoop add 6 heaping scoops of the whipped topping mixture on top of each rice cake
  • Add the mini marshmallows on top of the whipped topping mixture
  • Drizzle the chocolate over the top and take the one graham cracker per rice cake and crush over the top
  • Place into the freezer for 30-60 minutes or overnight to set and harden
