First let the whipped topping defrost completely
Add the whipped topping to a bowl
Add the protein powder to the whipped topping
In a microwave safe bowl add the chocolate chips and the cocount oilPlace in the microwave an melt (20 seconds at a time)
Take a sheet pan line with parchment and place the 6 rice cakes down
With an ice cream scoop add 6 heaping scoops of the whipped topping mixture on top of each rice cake
Add the mini marshmallows on top of the whipped topping mixture
Drizzle the chocolate over the top and take the one graham cracker per rice cake and crush over the top
Place into the freezer for 30-60 minutes or overnight to set and harden
