Instructions
In a pan cook the beef until no more pink
Season with salt, pepper and taco seasoning
Add the drained Rotel tomatoes, mashed pinto neams and whole pinto beans
Pour in the beef broth and mix up
sprinkle in the chopped cilantro and mix until combine
Assemble your bowl with romaine, cauliflower rice, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, cheese sauce & dressing
Garnish with some lime zest and lime juice
