Instructions
preheat the oven to 450 degrees
Slice the delicata in half (lengthwise) and scoop the seeds out
Slice the delicata into half moons
Place the squash into a bowl
Add the avocado oil, maple syrup, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cinnamon and season to taste with salt and pepper
Line the sheet pan with parchment paper and place into the oven for 10-15 minutes or until fork tender
Remove and let cool
In a small food processor add all the ingredients of the whipped goat cheese and blend until smooth
Add more milk if desired to make a more loose consistency
Drizzle over the squash and enjoy
