Pancake Batter

  • 1/2 Cup Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Egg whites
  • 1/2 Cup Quick oats
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp Vanilla bean paste
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Toppings (optional)

  • Sugar free pancake syrup or your choice or syrup

Instructions

  • In a small blender or food processor add all of the ingredients from the pancake batter.
  • On low/medium heat, pour even amount of batter out into frying pan and cook 4 pancakes total
  • Make sure they are nice and golden brown before flipping and bubbles appear on top or batter
  • Once both sides are golden, add toppings of your choice and enjoy
