- 1/3 Cup Shredded carrots
- 2 TBSP Scallions Sliced thin
PEANUT SAUCE
- 2 TBSP Peanut butter powder
- 1/2 TBSP Low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Juice of lime
- 2 TBSP Nonfat Greek yogurt
- 8 grams Unsalted peanuts Crushed
- 1 tsp Minced garlic
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
WRAP
- 1 Joseph lavash whole wheat bread
Get Recipe Ingredients
In a small bowl add the peanut sauce ingredients and mix until combined, set aside.
In a separate bowl add all the filling ingredients then add the peanut sauce and

Place everything onto the lavash bread
Roll up and place onto a heated frying pan or griddle
