Instructions
First make the special sauce and place into the fridge. Take all the ingredients and mix up.

Weigh out dough ( 2 oz. portions )
Roll out each portion of dough , brown both sides lightly in a pan or flattop. You want the "taco shells" to be soft like pita bread so make sure you don't over cook the dough.
Set aside until ready to use
In a pan brown the ground beef, add seasoning , season with salt and pepper to taste.
Once ready to assemble, add one slice of cheese on the bottom of each taco shell, then the beef, shredded lettuce, onions, pickles and top with the special sauce.
