Big Mac Tacos with Special Sauce
These tacos tasted just like the real thing! My special sauce is so close to the real thing you’ll be amazed!
My new favorite, it only took about 30 minutes to put together and this will definitely be on rotation in this household and yours as well.
You can have two of these tacos for 7 WW.
Here is what you need:
- Ground beef 96/4
- Ranch seasoning, I use Dak’s Nothin But Ranch or Hidden Valley
- Steakhouse seasoning, I use Dak’s brand n
- Salt
- Pepper
- Onion
- Pickles
- Iceberg lettuce
- Nonfat American cheese, I use Borden brand
- Sesame seeds
- Skinny Pizza Dough, recipe HERE
- Nonfat Greek yogurt
- Sugar free relish
- Light mayo
- Sugar free ketchup
- Vinegar
- Onion powder
- Sugar

These are the main ingredients you need to make a two ingredient pizza dough but adding the ingredients below take it to another level of deliciousness.

If you can find lean ground beef then it’s the best for low calories and lower WW points.

Again, I love using Dak’s Spices, but another amazing ranch is from Hidden Valley that I always have in the pantry as well.
Onions and pickles are a necessity in this taco so make sure you have them.
Special Sauce:
Here is how to make it:
- First make the special sauce and place into the refrigerator until ready to use
- Make a batch of the Skinny Pizza Dough and have that ready to go before cooking
- Weigh out the dough into 2 ounce portions
- Roll out each portion of dough into discs
- Brown both sides in a lightly greased pan, make sure to keep them soft like soft shell tacos shells
- Set them aside until ready to use
- In a pan brown the ground beef
- Season beef with listed seasonings with salt and pepper to taste
- Once ready to assemble, add one slice of cheese to the bottom of the “taco shell”
- Add the beef, shredded lettuce, onions, pickles and top with the special sauce

- 1 Batch Skinny Pizza Dough Recipe HERE
BURGER INGREDIENTS
- 1 Pound Ground Beef 96/4
- 2 tsp Ranch seasoning I use Dak's Nothin But Ranch
- 2 tsp Steakhouse seasoning I use Dak's Steakhouse seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
TOPPINGS
- 1 Small Onion Diced fine
- 1/2 Cup Pickles Diced fine
- 2 Cups Lettuce Shredded
- 4 each Borden nonfat American cheese
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds 1/2 tsp per serving
Special Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Non fat greek yogurt
- 2 TBSP Sugar free relish
- 2 TBSP Light mayo
- 2 TBSP Sugar free ketchup
- 3/4 tsp Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- First make the special sauce and place into the fridge. Take all the ingredients and mix up.

- Weigh out dough ( 2 oz. portions )
- Roll out each portion of dough , brown both sides lightly in a pan or flattop. You want the "taco shells" to be soft like pita bread so make sure you don't over cook the dough.
- Set aside until ready to use
- In a pan brown the ground beef, add seasoning , season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Once ready to assemble, add one slice of cheese on the bottom of each taco shell, then the beef, shredded lettuce, onions, pickles and top with the special sauce.
