Drained & rinsed

Instructions
Drain and rinse black-eyed peas. Place into large bowl.
Dice peppers and onions. Place into the bowl.
Cube avocado and place into the bowl.
Halve the grap tomatoes and place into the bowl.
Add the minced garlic, chopped cilantro, cumin, paprika and lime juice
Season to taste with salt and pepper
