Ingredients

  • 2 Slices Old Thyme 647 Italian bread or bread of choice

CHICKEN MIXTURE

  • 4 oz Rotisserie chicken or seasoned chicken breast Chopped fine
  • 2 TBSP Chalula hot sauce or hot sauce of choice
  • 1 tsp Hidden Valley ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 wedge Light laughing cow wedges
  • 1/4 Cup Kraft fat free cheddar cheese
  • 1 oz Cabot lite 75 white sharp cheddar cheese

DRESSING

  • 1 TBSP Nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 TBSP Bolthouse chunky blue cheese yogurt dressing

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
  • In a bowl combine all of the chicken mixture ingredients. Mix until combined
  • Lightly toast the bread and add the chicken mixture evenly between the two slices
  • Sprinkle both of the cheeses evenly between the two slices
  • Place into the oven until the cheese is melted
  • Mix the yogurt and the blue cheese dressing together
  • Drizzle on top of the slices and enjoy
