Chef Allie's Chicken Caesar Wrap

Here’s a delicious Chicken Caesar Wrap recipe that makes for a perfect quick lunch or dinner. Your family will love it, and the best part is that it’s ready from fridge to table in just 15 minutes! 🥗🌯

Equipment

  • Griddle or saute pan
  • Mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 Joseph's flax, oat bran and whole wheat lavash bread or wrap of choice

WRAP INGREDIENTS

  • 1- 1 1/2 Cup Romaine lettuce Chopped fine
  • 3 oz. Cooked chicken breast or rotisserie chicken / chopped
  • 11 grams Caesar salad croutons Crushed
  • 1 TBSP French fried onions
  • 1/2 TBSP Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Kraft fat free mozzarella cheese or cheese of choice
  • 2 TBSP Nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 TBSP Bolthouse caesar yogurt dressing
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

CHICKEN

  • Cut the chicken into bite size pieces.
  • If you are making your own chicken like I did season with salt, pepper, paprika, onion power and garlic powder. Let sit and marinate for about 10 minutes.

WRAP INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a bowl add all of the wrap ingredients and mix well
  • Place the lavash bread down lengthwise
  • Add the filling to the center of the lavash bread
  • Roll up and place the seam side down onto a lightly greased pan or griddle
  • Lightly brown the seal and around all edges (optional)
  • Slice in half and enjoy!
