Chef Allie's Sauce

An easier way to make some sauce at home in less than an hour

Equipment

  • Sheet trays
  • Parchment paper
  • Food processor

Ingredients

  • 15 Cups Fresh tomaotes Large chunks
  • 1 Large Onion Quartered
  • 8 Garlic cloves
  • Avocado oil spray
  • 1 TBSP Italian seasoning
  • 1 TBSP Dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

ADD-INS

  • 1/2 Cup Fresh basil leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 TBSP Olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • Put some parchment paper down onto the sheet pans
  • Cut the tomatoes into large chunks and place onto the sheet pans
  • Place the onion chunks and garlic down on the sheet tray
  • Spray everything with some avocado oil
  • Season with Italian seasoning, oregano, salt and pepper
  • Place into the oven for 30-40 minutes
  • Once done, place everything from the sheet pans into the food processor
  • Add the fresh basil and olive oil
  • Blend for about 1-2 minutes
  • Season with salt to taste and enjoy!
