Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Put some parchment paper down onto the sheet pans
Cut the tomatoes into large chunks and place onto the sheet pans
Place the onion chunks and garlic down on the sheet tray
Spray everything with some avocado oil
Season with Italian seasoning, oregano, salt and pepper
Place into the oven for 30-40 minutes
Once done, place everything from the sheet pans into the food processor
Add the fresh basil and olive oil
Blend for about 1-2 minutes
Season with salt to taste and enjoy!
