Chicken Caesar Salad Pizza

Equipment

  • Pizza roller
  • Small cast iron pan

Materials

PIZZA DOUGH

  • 6 oz My Bizzy Kitchen Pizza Dough Recipe HERE

PIZZA WHITE SAUCE

  • 68 grams Good Culture low fat cottage cheese Whipped
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

PIZZA TOPPINGS

  • 1/2 Cup Fat free mozzarella
  • 3 oz Cooked chicken breast or rotisserie

DRESSING

  • 1 TBSP Bolthouse Casear
  • 1 TBSP non fat greek yogurt

SALAD GARNISH

  • 2 Cupa Romaine Chopped
  • 1 tsp Grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 TBSP Red onion Chopped
  • Dressing mix from above

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 420

PIZZA WHITE SAUCE

  • In a mini food processor or blender add the cottage cheese and garlic powder to the blender. season to taste with salt and pepper. Once all whipped set aside

PIZZA PREPERATION

  • In a small cast iron roll out dough
  • Place the whipped cottage cheese onto the dough followed by the cheese, chicken and red onions
  • Place into the oven until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes

SALAD TOPPING

  • While pizza is in the oven, place the romaine, the dressing mixture and parmesan cheese into a bowl. Mix until combine and set aside or into the fridge until pizza is done.

GARNISH

  • Once pizza is done, add the Caesar salad on top of the pizza
