Cook until the chicken develops a golden-brown crust and releases easily from the surface.
Flip and continue cooking until the chicken is fully cooked through and the naan becomes lightly crisp with golden brown spots.
While the chicken cooks, combine the shredded romaine, Greek yogurt, and Caesar dressing in a bowl. Toss until the lettuce is evenly coated.
Once the smash tacos are cooked, sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the hot chicken and allow it to melt.
Remove from the griddle and top with the Caesar romaine mixture.
Finish with a generous sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese and freshly cracked black pepper if desired.
