Ingredients

MUFFIN BATTER

  • 3 Bananas
  • 1/4 Cup Liquid egg whites
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 Cup Nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar or sugar substitute for WW points
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 TBSP Orange zest
  • 2 TBSP Fresh orange juice
  • 1 Pinch Salt

GARNISH

  • 1/2 TBSP Orange zest
  • 60 Lily's no sugar added dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • In a bowl mash the bananas
  • In the same bowl add all of the batter ingredients
  • Mix until combined
  • Place the batter into a greased muffin pan making 12 muffins
  • Top the batter with the garnish
  • Place into the oven for 15-20 minutes
  • Let cool for about 10 minutes and enjoy

Recipe makes 12 standard muffins
