Ingredients

2 Pounds Chicken Breast Fresh or frozen
1 tsp Avocado oil spray
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/2 Bottle Sweet Baby Ray's no sugar added BBQ sauce
1 Jar Smucker's Sugar Free Orange Marmalade
1 TBSP Low sodium soy sauce
Cilantro or Parsley to garnish
Scallions ( sliced ) to garnish

Get Recipe Ingredients

Instructions

In a crockpoot place chicken on the bottom
Spray lightly with avoado oil
Season with satl & pepper to taste
Pour BBQ sauce on top of chicken then the marmalade
Add the soy sauce and set too low for 6 hours
Shred or chunk chicken up
Garnish with parsley or cilantro and some scallions
