Crockpot Orange Chicken
This tastes so amazing and goes so well with some rice and your choice of veggies. Did I mention this is the easiest crockpot meal ever?

Equipment
- Crockpot
Ingredients
- 2 Pounds Chicken Breast Fresh or frozen
- 1 tsp Avocado oil spray
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1/2 Bottle Sweet Baby Ray's no sugar added BBQ sauce
- 1 Jar Smucker's Sugar Free Orange Marmalade
- 1 TBSP Low sodium soy sauce
- Cilantro or Parsley to garnish
- Scallions ( sliced ) to garnish
Instructions
- In a crockpoot place chicken on the bottom
- Spray lightly with avoado oil
- Season with satl & pepper to taste
- Pour BBQ sauce on top of chicken then the marmalade
- Add the soy sauce and set too low for 6 hours
- Shred or chunk chicken up
- Garnish with parsley or cilantro and some scallions
