Ingredients

BROWNIE INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 48 grams Egg whites
  • 2 TBSP Instant espresso powder
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 Cup Great Value peanut butter powder
  • 1/2 Cup Quick oats
  • 1/2 Cup Monkfruit sweetener
  • 3/4 Cup Nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 3 TBSP Sugar free vanilla syrup
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Kosher salt

GARNISH

  • 60 Choc Zero Milk Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Add all of the ingredients besides the chocolate chips into a food processor or blender.
  • Blend until smooth and combined.
  • Spray a brownie pan with cooking spray.
  • Pour the batter into the pan.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with chocolate chips.
  • Let cool and enjoy.
