- Quick oats
- Monk-fruit sweetener
- Nonfat Greek yogurt
- Sugar free vanilla syrup
- Baking powder
- Salt
- Choc Zero milk chocolate chips
Easy Healthy Brownies

- 1 Food processor or blender

- Cooking spray
Ingredients
BROWNIE INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened almond milk
- 48 grams Egg whites
- 2 TBSP Instant espresso powder
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 Cup Great Value peanut butter powder
- 1/2 Cup Quick oats
- 1/2 Cup Monkfruit sweetener
- 3/4 Cup Nonfat Greek yogurt
- 3 TBSP Sugar free vanilla syrup
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 pinch Kosher salt
GARNISH
- 60 Choc Zero Milk Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Add all of the ingredients besides the chocolate chips into a food processor or blender.
- Blend until smooth and combined.
- Spray a brownie pan with cooking spray.
- Pour the batter into the pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with chocolate chips.
- Let cool and enjoy.
