Equipment

  • 1 Mixing bowl

Ingredients

TUNA MIX

  • 1 5 oz Wild Planet wild albacore tuna in water Do not drain if using this brand
  • 1 Stalk Celery Diced fine
  • 3 Scallions Sliced thin
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano or dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 TBSP Wickle's spicy red sandwich spread
  • 2 TBSP Nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Light mayo
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Wrap & Fillings

  • 1 Joseph flax, oat bran & whole wheat lavash bread
  • 2 Cups Iceberg lettuce shredded
  • 1 Mini cucubmer sliced thin

Instructions

  • In a bowl combine all of the tuna mix ingredients
  • Mix until combined
  • Lay the lavash bread down followed by the lettuce, tuna mix then cucumbers
  • Roll up and enjoy
