TUNA MIX
- 1 5 oz Wild Planet wild albacore tuna in water Do not drain if using this brand
- 1 Stalk Celery Diced fine
- 3 Scallions Sliced thin
- 1 tsp Dried oregano or dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 TBSP Wickle's spicy red sandwich spread
- 2 TBSP Nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 Cup Light mayo
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Wrap & Fillings
- 1 Joseph flax, oat bran & whole wheat lavash bread
- 2 Cups Iceberg lettuce shredded
- 1 Mini cucubmer sliced thin
Get Recipe Ingredients
In a bowl combine all of the tuna mix ingredients
Mix until combined
Lay the lavash bread down followed by the lettuce, tuna mix then cucumbers
Roll up and enjoy
