Instructions
Turn pressure cooker on the saute setting
Place the 1 TBSP of butter in and once melted add the onions
Saute until translucent
Mix the hot water and the beef base together and just add 1/4 cup of the liquid into the pressure cooker with the onions ( set the rest aside )
Set pressure cooker to high for 8 minutes
Once done, add the flour & mix up.
Add the rest of the water mixture, worcestershire sauce and the rest of the seasonings
Set to high again but for 12 minutes this time
While the pressure cooker is going, spray the sliced english muffins with spray butter and sprinkle with garlic salt. Toaste and set aside
Once pressure cooker is done cooking, release the remaining pressure, remove bay leaf and season with salt and pepper to taste
Pour 2 cups of soup in each soup crock, Place 1 1/2 english muffins in each bowl then top with cheese
Broil on love until golden brown
