1 1/2cupsLow sodium chicken broth
2tspchicken seasoning
Slurry1 TBSP cornstarch & 2 TBSP water mixed together

Instructions
In a small saucepan, bring chicken broth to a low boil. Slowly add cornstarch slurry (equal parts cornstarch + water) until thickened. Season with salt, pepper, and chicken seasoning.
Boil the mashed potatoes and season with salt & pepper.
In a saucepan, combine mashed potatoes, the packet of mashed Palmini hearts of palm, roasted garlic, cheese, and almond milk. Mix until fully combined and melted
Assemble the bowl: start with the Palmini mash mixture, add gravy, corn, chicken, a little more cheese, and finish with more gravy.
