Lemon Herb Roasted Turkey Tenderloin

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Pat the tenderloins dry with a paper towel.
Place the tenderloin into a lightly greased cast iron pan or oven safe casserole dish or pan.
Season both sides of the tenderloin with salt and pepper.
In a bowl mix the grain mustard and honey until combined.
Brush both sides of the tenderloin with the mustard/honey mustard mixture.
Sprinkle the seasonings (onion powder, garlic powder, dried oregano and dried rosemary) on both sides of the tenderloin.
Chop up the fresh parsley and press into the tenderloin on both sides.
Add the fresh lemon zest to the top of the tenderloins.
Place into the oven until the tenderloins read 165 degrees.
Remove and let the tenderloins rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
Garnish with some grated parmesan (optional).
Serve and enjoy!
