Ingredients

  • 6 oz Cooked seasoned chicken breast Chopped fine
  • 1 Cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 Cup 2% Good Culture cottage cheese
  • 2 TBSP Hidden Valley ranch seasoning
  • 2 TBSP Dried minced onions
  • 1/2 TBSP Dak's Spices Green Zest or seasoning of choice
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 Cup Frank's hot sauce
  • 1 oz Cabot 75% lite white sharp cheddar cheese to garnish, optional
  • Scallions to garnish, optional

Instructions

  • In a blender add the cottage cheese and nonfat Greek yogurt
  • Blend until smooth and pour into a mixing bowl
  • Add the ranch seasoning, dried minced onions, Green Zest and paprika
  • Mix and season to taste with salt and pepper
  • Garnish with the shredded cheese and scallions
  • Serve right away or place into the fridge to get thicker
  • Serve with your choice of dippers and enjoy!
