  • 3 Cups Tomatoes Diced
  • 1/2 Cup Red onion diced
  • 1 Jalapeno Minced
  • 2 TBSP Garlic Minced
  • Lime zest on one lime
  • 2 TBSP Fresh lime juice
  • 1 Bunch Cilantro Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl combine all of the ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper
