My Pico De Gallo recipe is beyond delicious and so fresh tasting.
I love this on top of some eggs, on my tacos, on top of some protein, in a salad or just with some tortilla chips.
It is so easy to prepare and so versatile.

- 1 Large bowl
- 1 Knife
Ingredients
- 3 Cups Tomatoes Diced
- 1/2 Cup Red onion diced
- 1 Jalapeno Minced
- 2 TBSP Garlic Minced
- Lime zest on one lime
- 2 TBSP Fresh lime juice
- 1 Bunch Cilantro Chopped
- 1/2 tsp Ground cumin
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl combine all of the ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper
