Instructions
Preheat oven to 425
Cut up the cauliflower into bite size pieces
On a sheet pan, lay out , lightly spray with some avocado oil, season with salt & pepper and any seasoning of your choice
Roast for about 25 - 30 minutes ( toss half way )
Let cool for a few minutes
Place into a bowl, pour the sweet chili sauce over the cauliflower & toss
