Roasted Cauliflower Tossed In Sweet Chili Sauce

It cannot get any easier than this! Use any roasted vegetable and toss them in some sweet chili sauce!

  • 2 Small Cauliflower heads
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 6 Tbsp G Hughes Sugar Free sweet chili sauce
  • Dak's Everything But – Tha Salt
  • Scallions to garnish


  • Preheat oven to 425
  • Cut up the cauliflower into bite size pieces
  • On a sheet pan, lay out , lightly spray with some avocado oil, season with salt & pepper and any seasoning of your choice
  • Roast for about 25 – 30 minutes ( toss half way )
  • Let cool for a few minutes
  • Place into a bowl, pour the sweet chili sauce over the cauliflower & toss
  • Garnish with scallions & enjoy
