15gramsLight mayonnaise
2 1/2 tspDijon mustard
2TBSPScallionsThinly sliced
1/4tspGarlic powder
1/4tspOnion powder

1Light English muffin
28gramsKraft fat free cheddar cheeseor cheese of choice

Instructions
In a bowl add the entire can of tuna, juice included if using Wild Planet brand.
Break the tuna up to your liking with a fork.
In the same bowl add the nonfat Greek yogurt, light mayo, Dijon mustard, scallions, garlic powder, onion powder and Green Zest or Italian seasoning.
Mix until combined and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Slice the English muffin in half and place into a 350-degree air fryer or oven to lightly toast. About 2-3 minutes.
Once toasted, divide the tuna mixture between the two halves.
Add the cheese on top of both halves and place back into the air fryer or oven until cheese is melted. About 2-3 minutes.
