Watermelon Sherbet

Equipment

  • 1 Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker
  • Blender optional

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Fresh watermelon chunks
  • Zest of one lime
  • Juice of one lime
  • 1/2 TBSP Simply Delish sugar free vanilla pudding mix Click HERE for a discount
  • 3 TBSP Fairlife vanilla protein shake
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 Packets Stevia

Instructions

  • In a blender combine all ingredients together. If you do not have a blender just mash the watermelon chunks in the pint.
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour into the Ninja CREAMi pint
  • Freeze for 12-24 hours
  • Once ready to blend, place into the Ninja CREAMi machine
  • Press the light ice cream button 1-2 times
  • If not smooth enjough, scrape the edges down and respin
  • Enjoy once done
