Iced Brown Sugar Cinnamon Latte


This beautiful MASSIVE iced latte is ONLY 1 WW and ONLY 40 calories. 

Starbuck’s is nice to have here and there but it is EXPENSIVE. Make this at home at the fraction of the cost.

Here is what you need:

  • Nespresso machine or espresso maker
  • Nespresso double espresso capsules
  • Unsweetened almond milk
  • Sugar free cinnamon brown sugar syrup
  • Cinnamon
  • Vanilla bean powder
  • Stevia or sweetener of choice
  • Fat free reddi whip

I usually purchase mine right from the Nespresso site, you can also get them at Walmart HERE

This is the vanilla bean powder they use at Starbuck’s you can get it HERE off of Amazon.

The BEST cinnamon from Sam’s Club.

This brand is a great brand for syrups and sugar free syrups. You can get them at TJMaxx and Marshall’s as well but never guaranteed. You can also buy it HERE on Amazon.

You can use any kind of sweetener you’d like to use. I use this one from Aldi.

Fat free reddi whip is the best. You can have 2 tablespoons for 0 WW.

Here is how to make it:

  • In the Nespresso machine or an espresso maker, brew two of the double espresso capsules.
  • Let cool or place in the fridge, melted watery coffee drinks are gross.
  • When ready to make your latte, take the unsweetened almond milk and add to a frother and press the cold froth option.
    • If you do not have a frother add to a glass.
  • Add the vanilla powder, cinnamon, stevia and sugar free brown sugar cinnamon syrup.
  • Add ice to your glass of choice.
  • Pour in the cooled down espresso.
  • Pour the sweetened milk on top
  • Garnish with fat free reddi whip and some more cinnamon.
  • Enjoy.

  • 1 Nespresso machine or espresso maker



  • 2 each Nespresso double espresso capsules


  • 1 Cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp Cook's vanilla powder link HERE
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3 Stevia packets or sweetener of choice
  • Sugar free brown sugar cinnamon syrup to taste


  • 2 TBSP fat free Reddi whip


  • First brew the espresso and set aside in the fridge to cool
  • Once cooled, add the milk to the frother alond with the milk mixture ingredients
  • Fill ice to the top of the cup of choice, I use a large mason jar
  • Add the cooled espresso followed by the milk mixture
  • Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon

    I bought some vanilla powder a while ago for some unknown reason and never used it. Looks like I have a great reason to get it out now! Canโ€™t wait to try this!
