Creamy Chia Pudding with Berries โ Easy, Healthy & Perfect for Meal Prep! ๐ซ๐
Letโs talk about one of my favorite easy, high-protein breakfasts (or snacks): chia pudding โ but not just any chia pudding. This one is packed with nutritious ingredients like fat-free Fairlife milk, Kirkland nonfat Greek yogurt, chia and flax seeds, and topped with sweet mixed berries. Itโs creamy, naturally sweet, and keeps you full for hours โ a total win!

โจ Whatโs in it?
Hereโs what makes this recipe so nourishing and satisfying:
- Fat-Free Fairlife Milk: This ultra-filtered milk is loaded with protein and calcium with less sugar than regular milk โ and itโs lactose-free!
- Kirkland Nonfat Greek Yogurt: Adds extra creaminess and a big boost of protein, which helps keep you full and satisfied longer.
- Black Chia Seeds: A true superfood! These little seeds are high in omega-3s, fiber, and protein. They expand to give the pudding its signature texture and help with digestion.
- Flax Seeds: Another great source of omega-3s and fiber. They also support hormone balance and heart health.
- Vanilla + Cinnamon: For cozy flavor that makes it taste like dessert without needing extra sugar.
- Pinch of Salt: Just enough to bring out all the flavors โ donโt skip it!
- Mixed Berries (fresh or frozen): Loaded with antioxidants, fiber, and natural sweetness. Blueberries, raspberries, blackberries โ theyโre all welcome here!
๐ฅ Why Youโll Love It
- Easy to Make: Mix it once, and itโs ready in a few hours or overnight. Zero cooking required!
- Great for Meal Prep: Make a batch or two and divide into jars or containers โ grab-and-go breakfast or snack all week long.
- Customizable: Use your favorite berries, add a drizzle of honey, or stir in some nut butter if you want a little twist.
- Packed with Protein & Fiber: This combo helps keep blood sugar stable and cravings away.
- Gut-Friendly: Thanks to the fiber in chia, flax, and berries, and the probiotics from Greek yogurt, your gut will love this recipe too.
Whether youโre getting back on track, fueling your workouts, or just want something quick and wholesome, this chia pudding checks all the boxes. It’s one of those recipes that feels like a treat, but you know you’re doing something good for your body with every bite.
