Creamy Chia Pudding with Mixed Berries

Creamy Chia Pudding with Berries โ€“ Easy, Healthy & Perfect for Meal Prep! ๐Ÿซ๐Ÿ“

Letโ€™s talk about one of my favorite easy, high-protein breakfasts (or snacks): chia pudding โ€” but not just any chia pudding. This one is packed with nutritious ingredients like fat-free Fairlife milk, Kirkland nonfat Greek yogurt, chia and flax seeds, and topped with sweet mixed berries. Itโ€™s creamy, naturally sweet, and keeps you full for hours โ€” a total win!

โœจ Whatโ€™s in it?

Hereโ€™s what makes this recipe so nourishing and satisfying:

  • Fat-Free Fairlife Milk: This ultra-filtered milk is loaded with protein and calcium with less sugar than regular milk โ€” and itโ€™s lactose-free!
  • Kirkland Nonfat Greek Yogurt: Adds extra creaminess and a big boost of protein, which helps keep you full and satisfied longer.
  • Black Chia Seeds: A true superfood! These little seeds are high in omega-3s, fiber, and protein. They expand to give the pudding its signature texture and help with digestion.
  • Flax Seeds: Another great source of omega-3s and fiber. They also support hormone balance and heart health.
  • Vanilla + Cinnamon: For cozy flavor that makes it taste like dessert without needing extra sugar.
  • Pinch of Salt: Just enough to bring out all the flavors โ€” donโ€™t skip it!
  • Mixed Berries (fresh or frozen): Loaded with antioxidants, fiber, and natural sweetness. Blueberries, raspberries, blackberries โ€” theyโ€™re all welcome here!

๐Ÿฅ„ Why Youโ€™ll Love It

  • Easy to Make: Mix it once, and itโ€™s ready in a few hours or overnight. Zero cooking required!
  • Great for Meal Prep: Make a batch or two and divide into jars or containers โ€” grab-and-go breakfast or snack all week long.
  • Customizable: Use your favorite berries, add a drizzle of honey, or stir in some nut butter if you want a little twist.
  • Packed with Protein & Fiber: This combo helps keep blood sugar stable and cravings away.
  • Gut-Friendly: Thanks to the fiber in chia, flax, and berries, and the probiotics from Greek yogurt, your gut will love this recipe too.

Whether youโ€™re getting back on track, fueling your workouts, or just want something quick and wholesome, this chia pudding checks all the boxes. It’s one of those recipes that feels like a treat, but you know you’re doing something good for your body with every bite.

Let me know if you make it โ€” I love seeing your creations! ๐Ÿ’œ
