- 1 Food processor or blender
Ingredients
- 24 oz Daisy Low fat cottage cheese or cottage cheese of choice
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes drained
- 2 tsp Siete taco seasoning or seasoning of choice
- 1 cup Sargento reduced fat 4 cheese Mexican blend or cheese of choice
- 4-6 TBSP Water or fat free Fairlife milk
Instructions
- Add the cottage cheese, the drained Rotel tomatoes, taco seasoning, the shredded cheese and a splash of water to the food processor or blender.**IF FOOD PROSESSOR OR BLENDER IS SMALL< DO THIS IN TWO BATCHES**
- Blend and slowly add more water until the consistency is nice a smooth like Queso.
- Pour into a serving bowl or meal prep containers for storage.
