Whatโs so fun about acai bowls is that the toppings are totally customizable. You can get as creative as you want with the combinations! Here are a few of my favorite toppings to add:
Fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries) for a refreshing, juicy bite.
Banana slices for natural sweetness and extra texture.
Peanut butter drizzle: Mix PBFit (use water or more Fairlife milk) to create a low-calorie, protein-packed peanut butter drizzle.
Chia pudding: I love adding my chia pudding for added protein and healthy omega-3s.
Flax seeds for fiber and heart-healthy fats.
Cacao nibs for a touch of dark chocolate flavor and added antioxidants.
And so much moreโgranola, coconut flakes, flaxseed meal, or even a drizzle of honey if you want some extra sweetness!

- In a blender combine all of the ingredients for the acai bowl base
- It is going to be thick so be patient
- If its too thick, add a few splashes of water or more Fairlife milk
- Place into the bowl when ready
- Add desired toppings and enjoy

- Mix until combined and place into the fridge for a few hours or over night to thicken
